Fresh Dinner Rolls

Directions

  1. warm liquid stuff to 110 degrees (***DO NOT OVERHEAT*** it will KILL your yeast, but if you have it too cold, your bread will not rise as well)
  2. pour on dry ingredients
  3. mix well
  4. add 3 eggs
  5. mix more
  6. continue adding flour until it is more doughy than sticky, kneading until right
  7. wait 10 minutes for first rise
  8. roll dough into slightly larger than golf ball size spheres.
  9. place on greased pan
  10. let rise for about 1 hour
  11. cook @350 degrees for 20 minutes
